Dr. Muru obtained M.Pharm. & Ph.D. from IIT and IMS, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Completed an Executive Program in Leadership and Change Management from IIM (Trichy, India).

Dr. Muru had 6 US patents in the field of Dietary Supplements. Dr.Muru has a 25 years of vast experience in natural product industry's R&D activities in various discipline such as Phytochemistry, Pharmacology & Toxicology for new products development, product standardization, product improvements and scientific validation for shelf-life, safety and efficacy.

He had developed many new products for human and veterinary use, efficient extraction procedures and standardized extracts, based on which companies have obtained many US patents.
